Terms and Conditions

All in-stock, non-custom orders placed at JustGolfCarts.com ship from a nearby warehouse within 1-2 business days.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, Just Golf Carts will contact the customer with the option of keeping the order open or receiving a refund via their original payment method.
If an item is no longer available due to being discontinued by the supplier, Just Golf Carts will contact the customer and issue a refund via their original payment method.
Custom orders (seat covers, seat assemblies, arm rests) will be shipped from our custom cover fabricator. Custom orders typically have a 4-6 week turnaround time, but turnaround times can be longer due to supply chain issues, staffing, and seasonal volume. Just Golf Carts will make every effort to keep customers abreast of ETA and shipping confirmation. However, once submitted to our fabricator, most custom orders cannot be canceled.

Just Golf Carts does not accept phone or mail orders. All orders must be placed via our website unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Return and Refund Policy

Just Golf Carts makes every effort to ensure that our products are packed correctly and shipped in a timely and protected manner.

Please note the following conditions for returns and refunds:

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and in new condition. Items that have been used will NOT be accepted for return accept in the case of warranty issues.
Returns made after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee.
If Just Golf Carts makes a mistake with your order (sending the wrong item, custom order error), please contact sales@justgolfcarts.com as soon as possible so that we may work to rectify the situation.
If you receive an order that was damaged in shipment, please contact sales@justgolfcarts.com as soon as possible and provide any details regarding box condition, damage to item(s) and pictures to support the claim.
If an order has been lost or misplaced by the delivery company, please contact sales@justgolfcarts.com as soon as possible so that we may obtain further tracking details or file a claim with the delivery company.
